2. OUR PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Please be aware that colours and the appearance of artwork may vary slightly depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Product dimensions, materials and other relevant information are provided on the applicable product page.
Unless stated otherwise, our artwork is supplied as a print only and frames or other display accessories shown in photographs are not included.
We may change or discontinue products at any time.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details you provided.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount to your original payment method.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order.
4. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an order, return goods or receive a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy available on our website.
We currently allow requests to cancel or change an order within 1 hour of the order being placed because production may begin shortly afterwards.
This 1-hour period relates to our order-processing procedure and does not limit or replace any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Personalised or bespoke products may be excluded from certain cancellation rights where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of any obvious errors.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where applicable, taxes, duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination of your order. Any charges for which you are responsible will be communicated where required or may be charged by the relevant authority or carrier.

Third-party names, characters, marks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
